Awful customer service. Have had issues with confirmation saying I bought the product, issues with the tracking my order and issues with getting in touch with anyone from the company. I will not be using pupsocks ever again.

I ordered socks in November and have yet to receive my order. I’ve contacted customer service 3 times without reply. Tracking info shows that the USPS never received the item either. Do not use this company!

It took almost four weeks for my socks to arrive and when they finally did they were the wrong size. I tried to reach out to customer service twice, but no one responded to me. I am really disappointed. I paid $25 for one pair of socks because of your cute and creative way of putting our pet's face on them- instead of sending an XS (for my daughter) I was sent an XL which won’t work at all. I hope you can correct this and get me replacement socks size XS before Christmas.

Order did not arrive intact. Appeared as if someone forgot to seal the USPS package; USPS stamped package "received without contents". Tried for over a week to get a hold of customer service and no response. Was supposed to be a Christmas for mother who's dog passed away recently.

I was so excited to receive these socks for a Christmas gift for my husband. The dogs are our children. Unfortunately, you can only make out 1 of our 3 babies faces. For the price I expected a better turn out.

I have reached out to Customer Service at least 10 times via email, facebook, messenger, etc to no avail. My order is not what I was expecting....sizing is huge for a child and instructions for my order were not followed. I have not received a single response from any member of CS and have been trying for weeks.

$35 after shipping for one pair of socks, came three weeks late, wrong color and someone else's dog on the socks, no response from costumer service after I messaged them. Do not recommend.
