Received the wrong order. I got a blanket with someone else's dogs on it. Instead of the blanket, mask, and 2 pairs of socks with MY dog on it. Customer service still hasn't gotten back to me. And it's week over a week. I've messaged on Facebook, started a chat, emailed. Nothing. No response at all. And this was a Christmas present. Very very disappointing.

Image is so dark that the face is just a blob. Contacted CS on email and Facebook on Dec 5th - no response.

I have sought help from customer service six times now with no response over more than a week. I’ve never received my shipment.

Wrong pic and a month to get here. I ordered on 11/12, just received the socks today 12/12. leaving Saturday for Wisconsin . Not only did it take a month to get here, It has the wrong picture on Socks. Not even my dog.

I have been trying for over a week to contact you folks and I’ve had no luck the package arrived but it had been opened and there was nothing in it. The socks were gone! I’ve contacted PayPal and also my credit card company to dispute the payment!

The material is weird and the fit is bad. They are unresponsive to support requests and charge much too much for an inferior product.

Only sent half my order and has not responded to inquiries as to why.

Didn’t get the picture I wanted as described in my memo to the designer. Also not impressed with the quality of the socks. Super thin and more of a headband/mask material.
