DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Placed and order 11/22/2021. Still "processing" and no response after multiple attempts with customer service.

I tried 10 times to contact the company with no replies. I received an unsealed package with no socks. I can not get a reply from the company.

Placed an order November the 30th, said it had shipped on the 4th of December, the tracking shows that it was never received by UPS and has not moved or changed at all, reached out to the original email I was given which turned out to be an outgoing email, emailed the second email with no response; as far as I’m concerned it’s a scam, they take your money and don’t really care to follow up EDIT: Did finally receive the item I ordered, however I still would never purchase from this company again, to date I still never received any inquiry from customer service, the tracking never worked and came way later than was promised.

When my package arrived it was already open. And the socks that were inside were not of my dogs. I’ve tried contacting the company many different ways and have not gotten an answer so it looks like the correct oneswill not be here on time for Christmas or at all. Just very frustrated with the lack of response to my order being wrong.

For the money spent, the quality of the socks and the transfer of the prints are the poorest quality I have ever seen! One of the pair of socks was for a 73 year old friend and the other is for an 82 year old friend and neither one will be able to wear them. The socks have no foot form and are too stiff and abrasive for their skin….I’ve bought nicer socks from Dollar General. I bought these 2 pair for Christmas gifts, but I’m too embarrassed to even give them. I hope all your other products are of better quality. I would never recommend your socks to anyone!

The photo came out all black. You couldn’t see the dogs face at all. I don’t know how it passed inspection.

Poor print quality. I uploaded a picture of my dog that was bright and crystal clear. They sent me socks with a black blurry shape that is not even distinguishable. The white colorings in my dogs face aren't even present. It was supposed to be a fun Christmas gift for my girlfriend but now I wish I hadn't spent the money.

One of the photos is completely unrecognizable. I'm shocked there isn't a proof process by them to verify this. There was also a big snag on one sock. When I received the gift, I had to throw them away and rush to find a gift locally. Great idea, terrible execution.
