I never received my order and no response from Pup Socks. Very disappointing

Unfortunately when I received my package it was open and empty. I sent 3 emails to resolve this and finally got a response that someone would get back to me. It’s been over a week and still no response.

My order shows ready to ship on Nov 27 and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve reached out numerous times via email for an update and get zero response!!

I got the wrong socks. I got some random dog instead of my cat

They got my order wrong, it took me 4 separate times to get a hold of customer service and now I have no idea what is going on. My original order was on November 17, 2021 and as of December 13, 2021 I am still trying to get there error corrected. It has been the most frustrating process ever.

I ordered socks for my mom and received an empty, ripped bag. I have reached out to Pup Socks twice regarding a potential replacement with no reply. I'm pretty disappointed as I was very excited to give this as a gift.

No one from Pup Socks will reply to me. I received my custom socks that are defective from how they were packaged. The bag adhesive stuck to the printed sock and now there's a hard line running through the image on the sock.
