Love the socks but SO THINK THAT THEY SHOULD indicate that it is a sock sock size not a shoe size!!!!! I emailed to ask and heard back a week later. Now I have gifts which I can’t give because they are way too big. 😡. Big waste of $ and time.

I have reached out numerous times no response, I placed two orders my second order came in the mail first the first order was several days late and it has a snag in the socks so I am far but pleased with this order. So many companies do this same thing and I went with this company because of the good reviews but after a few no responses on emails and the snag in my socks I am far but pleased with this company.

The product was fine but it arrived after Christmas. I ordered a blanket and 3 pairs of socks on 12/9 and the website said they would arrive before Christmas. My order was shipped on 12/17, but, unfortunately, they use UPSMailInnovations which means they ship via UPS to the US Postal Office and then the USPS delivers it. This unnecessary extra step adds 3-5 business days, and my order arrived 12/29, a total of 12 days for shipping. Had they just shipped it UPS, it would likely have arrived in time. I never received a response to my email sent to PupSocks customer service, but I suggest they stop using UPSMailInnovations, especially during holidays when the extra shipping time matters.

these are the worst quality socks i've ever received. they feel like plastic!

The instructions I provided for how I wanted the photo cropped were not followed and the shipment was over a week late. In the end they turned out very cute, but I wouldn’t order from here again.

I am still waiting for my delivery, so this is a huge negative point. Although the current situation complicates the shipping conditions, the production took rather long beforehand. The communication via e-mail was friendly and informative, the response time was ok.

These socks were very poor quality. Since they were so expensive I thought they would at least be as soft as normal socks, but the material is terrible and just a tube, not sock shaped. I can't imagine they will last long. Also, the instructions I submitted were not followed.

The socks are cute, but she can barely get them on her feet. They are shaped like tubes, not socks, and have a stiff plastic ring at the top that I guess serves to keep them up? She can’t wear them, but loves her cat on socks, so there’s that. Pretty disappointing :(
