Terrible customer service. Its been over 6 weeks since I ordered and there has been no updates to shipping status and despite sending numerous emails requiring about the status of my order, I haven't heard back at all. There is no phone number to call. Most definitely will not order again and will not recommend this company to ANYONE

We ordered socks on 12-13-21 - we noticed on the confirmation that our old address in TN was referenced. We immediately sent a message to these people notifying them of the correct address - we did this on 12-13-21. We received no response so we sent follow ups - nothing back from them until 1-3-22 saying it was too late to change the address - their response 20 days later. They said they would try to redirect the shipment - as of 1-14-22 nothing has arrived. They also said they would send a duplicate shipment on a no-charge basis. When I tried tracking this replacement shipment, it showed it was also sent to our old address. So - nothing has ever arrived here in Kent, OH. The problem is bad enough - but things happen. Their terrible handling of the situation is disgusting.

I am very disappointed with this company. I placed on order on 11/20/21 to give as a Christmas present. My confirmation email said "You should receive your order within 8-10 business days." My order never shipped so I reached out to customer service. A rep put a replacement order in on 12/22/21-it is now 1/14/22 and I still do not have my order, although they charged me back in November. After reaching out to customer service numerous times trying to get an update, I receive the same response of "Your order is being processed and will ship after production." Use a different, more reliable company.

For Christmas gifts, I ordered 2 pairs of socks, well within the delivery window. I ordered in early November, and they were supposed to arrive by Christmas. The didn’t. And when they did land, one pair was perfect, and the other was someone else’s order! My emails to the company have been ignored, and an automated response says they have a high volume to sift through. I bet they do, if others are out $25+tax/shipping for missing orders! I would strongly not recommend purchasing from this company.

Nice idea but terrible company... I ordered 14th of December 2021. Now it´s the 14 of Jan 2022 and I still haven't received my package. No answer from the support. I will give it a couple of days and then I will make American Express deal with this scam.

I ordered a pair of socks over a month ago. I have yet to receive them. I have tried contacting the Pup Support Team and all I can get is a standard we are busy and will contact you shortly message.

Ordered three pairs of socks for Christmas presents for myself and my family. Only one pair had my pet on it, the others were a random pug and a cat. Took a month to be delivered, wrote into their customer service and haven’t heard back in over three weeks. Don’t buy unless you want someone else’s pets.

Ordered On Dec 1 and still haven’t received (it’s 1/13). Also tried to connect with you with no response. You guys are terrible.
