Non responsive customer service, my order has still not been received by USPS, though I received shipping notification over 2 weeks ago. Have submitted requests and had no response. Terrible company.

Wrong socks delivered. I have e mailed twice and no word back. I have a pair of 35 dollars socks that I do not have my dogs or design on them.

I'll skip over the problems you had with the photo I submitted for my order (which wasn't grainy or unclear, by the way). I got an email on 11/29/21 saying my order shipped (which was 2 weeks after I ordered it!). The tracking# for USPS says they are still waiting for the package 2 weeks later!!! What the ever living hell? I know, everyone wants to blame COVID for supply-chain issues or labor shortages, but get your act together and send my stuff to the post office for God's sake! Your competitor shipped me some photo socks and I got them in less than a week from my order date. So what's your problem???

When you put them on you can't make out the picture! Garbage!

I have ordered socks with personalize pet pictures from several different companies and this is by far the poorest quality. Poor print quality as well as very strange feel to the sock fabric. I do not recommend at all. I got these as a gift and I won’t be gifting them as I would embarrassed to give them to anyone!

My order never arrived, I made multiple attempts to get an update & they went unanswered. I would receive a confirmation email that someone would be getting back to me but it never happened. I have paid and not received my product, a refund or any communication. I do not recommend this company and would love to get a response!

Quality is terrible, like oddly square-shaped plastic socks. The printing quality is low. I bought $100 worth as gifts and in no way can give these. Customer service has yet to respond to my issue.
