I was so excited to order these socks for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately, when i received them, my dog's image was completely blurred and it looked nothing like her. I won't be giving these as a gift and will likely donate them. Very very disappointed.

I never received my product

Your communications are horrible! I've sent 3 emails about my dissatisfaction of your product. I have had no replies. I will never order another thing from you! The blanket I bought looks horrible I try and buy a special gift for my girlfriend and it is junk I'm sure it's way too late to fix it before Christmas...so I guess I'll eat the money I spent and hope you have a bad Christmas

If there was a zero star rating I would choose that. I placed an order on 11/13 and have never gotten it. I sent several inquiries and received auto replies that someone would get back to me - it never happened. I tried a different way to message PupSocks and finally received a reply that they were sorry and would process my order. I still haven't gotten it. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift.

I ordered a blanket and supplied a complete photo of my dog with the instructions to crop as close as possible. The blanket I received has images of blobs. I realized that the image on my blanket is my dog’s face blown up to a ridiculous size. Clearly, as your advertisements showed dogs with their complete body, I expected the blanket made for me to be the same. Take a look at the image used on my blanket. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered November 13. Today is December 13 and I still haven’t gotten my order. I’ve emailed several times before I received a reply. Still waiting on my order

We received the wrong pair of socks and have been trying to get a refund for the last 10 days. No response from your team. I guess I’ll go to Twitter and social media if needed. UPDATE: as of 12/28/21 still NO refund nor were the correct socks sent to us.

We ordered 3 different things 3 separate times as far out as a full month ago and have yet to receive anything we ordered… you’ll blame the shipping on someone/thing else however ultimately it rests on you.
