i placed an order 30 days ago and reached out by email for an update and a week has passed and still no response, yet i get emails daily for promotions

I’ve waited almost 2 months and got someone else’s blanket.

Received someone else's blanket, and never got the one I ordered. I have reached our several times with no response. Hope they are willing to make this right.

Would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered a blanket and socks. Received only the blanket. Have reached out at least 5 times and I get no response. I googled the company and this company has terrible reviews and have started a site called pupscam!!!!

My order is late. I have sent three emails inquiring about it and no one has replied to me. Order #: 2617131

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I issued the order on 1st November 2021, for what was supposed to be a Christmas present. On 30th November have been informed that the package was returned and I had to provide my address once again (which was the same, no error since the beginning): since then, the silence. There is no way to get any answer from the seller, the after sales service is not responding (I wrote several emails and I tried to use the WEBSITE ONLINE FORM but nothing..). Needless to say that I am still waiting for the product and even if will be delivered, considering the USPS ridiculous efficiency, will probably arrive in January or later.. I am speechless. Worst experience ever.

Tracking number won't work. Still haven't received them!!

I never received them!! Took money from my account and never received my order. Very disappointed because the socks were a Christmas gift.
