After weeks of waiting for my package to arrive, I received the wrong item. I have reached out twice in the past 5 days and have yet to hear anything back from the company. I was looking forward to giving this as a Christmas gift. Since I ordered a month in advance, I didn't think there would be any issues.

It’s been a month and we still do not have our order. Unfortunately this was intended as a Christmas gift, and it looks like that will not happen. UPDATE: Christmas has come and gone and not only no socks, but no reply from the company - no communication whatsoever. It’s been weeks.

Can't write a review for an order I never received and email correspondence to the company have gone unanswered.

Poor customer service! If you have a problem do not expect assistance. I ordered a pair of socks that arrived in a reasonable time, however the instructions I gave on cropping the image weren’t followed. I reached out to the company on three separate occasions over a couple weeks and each time received a computer generated message about being contacted by someone who could help. I was never contacted and have no other method of getting in touch with the company.

It was doing pretty good till you actually want an answer about something, after spending a lot of money I am waiting for one more product, and get no answer of where it is !!

I have ordered my socks as a gift for someone in November and I have not received any information on where they on the ups tracking app. I don’t know who to call to fix the situation and I don’t have any information to tell the person that I am gifting them too.

The socks are not at all what I was expecting. My cat's face is slightly cut off and it is so dark that it doesn't even look like him. The picture I sent doesnt look that dark to me. I could've easily sent a different picture if this one was too dark. Also, I mean this is not even a sock. It's one long piece of fabric (not even sure you can call this fabric). Its not shaped like a sock with room for the heel, so the fabric (?) bunches up on the top of the foot. For the amount of money charged this is terrible. I've reached out to the company twice via their website over a week ago and no response at all! And then they have the nerve to send me a link to review the product! I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Apparently this is how they operate. Compete rip off!
