On their website it stated they had speedy turn around (3 to 5 business days). I still don't have my socks and the occasion I bought the 3 pairs of socks have come and gone. I reached out for someone to help me (twice) and no one got back to me. I don't know the quality yet because I am still waiting on them. Very disappointed with the illusion you'll have a quick turnaround.

Haven't received the socks and no response from the company. It's been over a month and the website says 8 to 10 business days. Do not use this company, it's a fake.

Haven’t recieved the socks. Purchased them almost 4 weeks ago. Missed my partners birthday. No response from customer service when I email asking whats going on. Disapointed customer.

Non ho ricevuto l’ordine!! Ho scritto più e più volte al customer e service e non ho mai ricevuto nessuna risposta!! Le tempistiche date erano 10 giorni….ne sono passati ulteriori senza nemmeno una mail di avviso! Veramente una brutta esperienza!

i never got the socks and was unable to get a refund

Ordered some cat socks and received an empty bag. Contacted them two weeks ago and have not heard back from them so not very impressed.

Been three weeks since I ordered and the site still says "In Production - Special". No updates, no replies to my inquires via chat or email, but 2 or more emails a day with offers to sell me more socks and blankets. Two more days and I will just cancel and order a different Christmas gift for my wife.
