Ordered 2 items and only received 1 item. Tried getting ahold of customer service to address the issue and have not heard back in over a week! Chat option on their site says you'll receive an answer within a couple hours. I got zero responses. Then sent 2 emails and the second one got an automatic reply email that responses can take up to 72 hrs, but that proved to be false. Now I am out a personalized Xmas gift that was not cheap.

No customer service. I've reached out multiple times and haven't gotten a response. Ordered in November and socks still haven't arrived. It's marked shipped a week ago but tracking number comes back as invalid. I'm asked to cancel and refund but no response. Will be resolving with CC company.

Ordered socks two weeks ago and they still have not shipped. Have tried to reach customer service multiple times, and still no reply from them, three days later. So disappointing. Will update if/when I receive a response or an actual product. Socks arrived today. The photo of the dog, who is white and medium brown, is brown and PURPLE! This place is a joke. Do not waste your money.

I can’t review a product I’ve yet to receive. I was told after weeks of waiting that my order was “shipped”. Not so! They generate a tracking number but don’t ship anything. I thought I ordered in plenty of time for Xmas (middle of November) since it said it would be shipped in 8-10 days. At this point it doesn’t look hopeful. This company should not be doing business since they can’t fulfill their orders and actual are just lying to customers. I want a refund!!

My socks have a snag that will turn to a hole. I want to give these to my son for Christmas but need to know if you will resend a pair? No one has responded to me as yet. I only received the initial email saying you received my email. I don't want to go to my bank to stop the payment so please respond. Thank you.

Do not order from this company. The blanket I ordered took two months to make it to me after multiple attempts to contact the company. They told me it shipped and when I tracked it the package was going to another state. Customer service will not help you and you will be lucky to get what you orderd.

I ordered socks and a mask. The socks are nothing more than bags for your feet- no shape at all compared to what they show you are ordering. Horrible material and doesn’t even look like they will stay up! The mask is small and for the price, they could’ve at least put a wire in the nose part so you can shape it but they didn’t which pretty much renders it useless. I have emailed the company 3 times and have not received a reply at all yet. I am actually embarrassed to give this gift to my friend!

Order placed Nov 6, 2021 still has not been received and it’s December 14th. Order was over$300. Placed multiple calls to contact the company with no response.
