Paid for socks no response after 3 weeks of inquiring.

I only gave this company a 1 star because it wouldn't let me do ZERO stars. I had ordered 2 items, a pair of socks with 2 pictures of our cat, and a 50x60 blanket also with 2 pictures on it. When I opened the socks I had designed them for cats, but got dog paws and bones on them instead of cat paws and fish (as shown in the website). My blanket had the wrong pictures on it, it was suppose to show 2 pictures of my daughter in law with her cat, but instead it just had the cats face on it. I wanted these as Christmas gifts for my daughter in law, and to make it worse her cat has since passed away and now she doesn't have the blanket with her and her cat on it like I had ordered it. I had reached out to this company numerous times via email provided and each time I have received an *ERROR* email back.!! I spent so much money and now the gifts and my money are worthless!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I wouldn't give them even a 1 star rating. Ordered Nov. 29 with the understanding I would have my order within 10-14 days; however, the order still shows it's in production. They've also overcharged my even though I used the HOLIDAY30 discount on the website. There's no way to get a hold of this company as there's no phone number and the one that show's up in my bank account transaction is for a free Walmart gift card (another scam!)!!! I've emailed them several times and get the same response, someone will get back to me within 72 hours, that timeframe has come and gone without a response. I'll be filing a dispute with my bank and a complaint with the BBB. If you look up the company info on the BBB website you'll see that they have hundreds of complaints against them. They also advertise on Facebook and I will be letting FB know this company is a scam. You can also post your review on their FB page; however, I doubt anyone monitors that page.

It has been four weeks and I still haven't received my socks, OR the 50% off coupon I was promised for an already delayed order. This is ridiculous.

No customer service, still waiting for item and can not get an update. Says it was ready to be shipped Saturday and still not tracking update. Can not even get response to email regarding item or anything. Very disappointing.

This company is a SCAM. DON'T order. Same experience as many others. Ordered, promised within 14 days, never received, no response to 3 emails, found phone number, called and was told I need to fill out a refund form, told them I would not give them my credit card information and they HUNG UP. TOTAL SCAM. Horrible customer service. Credit card company will provide refund and charge them back (LOL).

Order has not arrived an nobody answers my requests for info

Finally received my order and it was WRONG. Waited 25 days and was sent a pair of socks with a cat and dog wearing a red hat. If these were supposed to be your socks, I will ship them to you!!
