I received one of 2 items that I ordered. The item missing was $30+. I reached out to PupSocks 3 times via email like the website instructed and 10 days later have yet to receive a response. Uber disappointed

They sent me a completely different order than then the product I customized, and then they have been impossible to contact.

Ordered my blankets in plenty of time for Christmas delivery. Received a tracking number via email from the company, but all updates from the post office said they’ve never received the items from Pup Socks. I reached out multiple times with no response from the company. Finally filed a dispute of my charges so I can try to get my $167 back. Majorly disappointed since my kids would have loved these. Customer service definitely needs works.

Have not received the order. What do I need to do?

I ordered 4 pairs of socks. 2 we’re correct. 2 were not my pets. I have tried email, Facebook messages and submitting through your website to get it corrected, with no response to any of those methods. These were to be Christmas gifts. Very dissatisfied.

Never received order with multiple attempts to contact company. Beginning to think I've been scammed!

Didn’t get my order, got someone else’s. Have sent 4 emails and haven’t heard a thing back in over a week. Horrible customer service and now won’t get correct item either at all or until after Xmas.

The socks feel like plastic. They are awful
