Still not recieved any socks.

Well I would review the product that I ordered on December 11th, but it is January 14th and it still hasn't been delivered.

Never got my order

The socks are trash. They arrived a week after Christmas even though they were ordered a week before the Christmas cutoff date. They are also the wrong size. I’ve emailed the company for a refund but they have not responded. Total garbage, total scam.

I would give this company zero stars, if possible. My Christmas order was received after the holidays and the socks were HORRIBLE. I requested 3 pictures of dogs, one has a black face. They actually printed the socks on a black background so the dog with the black face just appeared as a black blob on the socks. I contacted the company 6 times asking for the socks to be reprinted or for a refund. To date, I have received neither. A company with such poor quality control and refusal to stand behind their product, should not be in business.

The size charge is not accurate. The socks I ordered for my teenage Daughers are too large and arrived too late. I would like a refund or a different pair of socks that fit a size 5-8 in womens.

I never received my order and customer service has not responded to my multiple requests. It’s been 3 months at this point, I underhand shipping delays but this is too long to wait. Too bad we were looking forward to a special Christmas gift. I guess I’ll have to file a claim with my credit card company

I ordered a blanket in November. Since it was an international order, I was patient with it. At the beginning of December I received a notification about how my shipment information was delivered to the mail company Asendia. It's been a month an a half, and no updates ever since. When I contacted Asendia to ask about my package, I was told that it was never physically delivered to them by Pupsocks. I tried to reach Pupsocks in multiple ways, submitting emails, contacting them on Instagram and Facebook. All my attempts have been simply ignored. They have hands down the worst customer assistance. Now I am missing both my money and my order. Do yourself a favor, save your money and do not buy from them.
