I placed an order for two pair of socks over two weeks ago and have not been given a straight answer on the status of my order! I received a Tracking Number that has told me the same thing for over a week.."USPS pending receipt of order" I attempted to contact Pupsocks via chat and Email because they dont provide a phone number to contact them. I didn't receive a response either way and was told that someone was going to contact me. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!! I am now trying to get my money back. Don't bother with me..

Disappointed. Not what I expected from the pictures in the advertising. Socks are a weird material. Image came out dark on white socks - details like the eyes and nose visible in the picture are not visible on the socks. Would not order again.

You guys have to be kidding me? You have the gall to ask me to review your company? There is NO phone number available to actually speak to a person...I've sent multiple emails requesting the location and ETA for my order with ZERO response. Only through this process did I find out the you hit me with a recurring charge on my Credit Card!!!!! WTH is THAT all about??? I have disputed the charge with my credit card provider and I have submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you're NOT scammers, then you absolutely SUCK. If you ARE scammers you can go screw yourselves!

I placed my order on 11/25 for a Xmas gift and still have not received it. I tracked it with the number that was provided and USPS has not received the package. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response.

I ordered a mask and socks. I got the mask i ordered (which was cute but small so I'd rate it a 3) but the socks were not there. I tried chatting and then emailing customer support. No answer. A week. Crickets. I am still waiting. I'll try the credit card to get a refund.

They sent me the wrong order.

I never got my order and I have tried reaching out twice. I just want a refund at this point. But I can't get ahold of anyone. This was supposed to be a Christmas present so now I'm out money and a present.

Its been over 2 weeks since I received a tracking number but number indicates the package has not arrived at shipping facility. Its very difficult to locate away to contact anyone about your order. Pretty certain its another Facebook scam!!
