Received wrong socks and cannot get ahold of company to correct problem despite multiple emails and messages as well as filling out their form through their website. These were supposed to be a Christmas present.

They suck. I ordered for a Christmas present and can’t even give them they are so bad. I sent a pic of a brown lab and all I see is a black face. You can’t see the eyes or anything. I am very disappointed and wouldn’t refer this site to anyone. I made a complaint and got no response.

I was so excited to get my daughter’s cat on socks for Christmas. They came, and the material was the weirdest thing I ever felt. It was a semi-shiny plastic-y material with no heel! They were straight and flat from toe to top. There is no way these are wearable, but they are not returnable. Buyer beware.

Ordered 3 pairs of the exact same design on 11/20, reached out on 12/6 to get a status since it hung in processing status, they gave me a tracking number that went nowhere for days, order finally arrived 12/15 and got one pair in my design and 2 pairs with random dogs on them so if you have a French Bulldog or Airedale, I may have your socks!! Reached out again and was told they would not be able to look at my inquiry for 72 hours. Also there is weird handwriting on all the labels and all socks seem to be different sizes (I ordered 3 pairs if the same size)

If I could, I wouldn’t give any stars! Ordered 3 pairs of socks on 11/26 and FINALLY got an update that my order shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. They gave me a tracking number and when I click on it there is No Status. This has been happening for over a week! I emailed them, but based on everyone else’s’ experience, I do not have much hope that I’ll get a response. I will be calling my credit card company next. Absolute BS.

Product has not arrived after nearly a month. Two emails to customer service have not been replied to.

I only received 1 out of the 2 items I ordered. I contacted Pup Socks and they never got back in touch with me about their error. I am in the process of disputing the order with my credit card company. There customer service is horrible!

Placed two orders. Did not receive. I have contacted them three times via email, because it is the only contact they provide. No response. I can't get my money back and they refuse to respond. Do not order from Pupsocks.com
