Very disappointed!!! My order took a month to come in and then the order was wrong. No response from customer service. Return policy is laughable especially since it was the company’s fault of a misprint. Highly do not recommend this company and the quality of the merchandise received is horrible!

Was assured a fast turnaround, 10 days later and I'm still hearing nothing back from the company. Charged me 10 dollars to cancel and never got anything from customer service. Merry Christmas.

After waiting almost a month, all I got was an empty bag in the mail. I have sent many emails requesting a replacement or refund. Your only reply has been that someone will contact me shortly, which of course nobody has.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered my socks more than three weeks ago. I have reached out to PUP socks numerous times with no reply. There is no phone information, only an email. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I received someone elses order. I then submitted two chats (no response) and three emails (no response). VERY disappointed with customer service. Hoping they will come through and fix this!

Should have read the reviews before ordering :S Placed an order on November 23. Wasn't shipped until the 3rd and I still have no tracking information despite their notice saying it could take up to 5 days to appear. It's now been 2 weeks with nothing. I am not expecting them to arrive at all at this point, but maybe that's a blessing given the reviews of the actual product quality. This company is ridiculous
