The printed face just looks like a bunch of black stains on the socks. I reached out to customer support multiple times. Never heard back.

They sent me the wrong order and after contacting them multiple times in the last 2 weeks, they have yet to get back to me.

Never received item. Never received refund. Scam company!

If I ever receive my order or get a response from the two inquiries to customer service maybe I could give a better rating. I will never aagain order from any company that uses UPS Mail Innovations. It truly sucks. Ordered on 11/19, shipped 12/1. Tracking on Pup Socks websites shows USPS received the package, however USPS tracking shows it was never received.

I placed my order a month ago and still have yet to receive it. I have reached out to customer service several times and have gotten no response other than the auto generated reply.

Package received damaged and empty. No response from customer service to multiple queries. Customer service is non-existent.

I only received half of my order. I contacted customer service and was told a member would reach out but I haven’t heard anything yet.

I tried reaching out to customer support 3 times to check on my order. Only response I received was when the order was finally shipped and too late to make any changes. The "quick" turnaround touted on the website was anything but quick. I think it took more than 3 weeks from when I ordered to finally receive it. Then when I did receive it, the quality of the socks was terrible. Quite disappointed all the way around.
