Socks arrived with image completely blurred and unrecognizable from original photo. No phone number for customer support (?!) and two emails have been sent with no response yet. Extremely unhappy as I was looking forward to gifting this for Christmas.

Order took 2 weeks to arrive and then I received the wrong order. I have contacted customer service but have not received any communication back. There is no way to give this as a Christmas gift now so that is ruined. After reading the number of comments with the same concern I reached out to the Better Business Bureau who had many complaints filed.

I’m still waiting for my socks and an answer to my emails. I’ve contacted the BBB and Facebook

I got a shipping email 16 days ago and it still says USPS awaiting package. No one has responded to my email. This is a Christmas gift and now I’m scrambling for a new gift and wondering if I need to file a claim with my credit card.

Terrible experience! I’ve reached out 5 times over the past 8 days because my order came in but isn’t mine. The socks are pink, I ordered purple, and the dog on them isn’t mine. I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this issue! Even worse I’m being bombarded with email ads to buy more, yet nobody wants to help resolve the issue.

They haven’t sent my package and it’s been three weeks. This company is a scam even after they said it was shipped
