I would avoid this company. I ordered a blanket with a cats' face for my sister in law for Christmas. That was +/- a month ago. I did receive a usps tracking number but I just says they'll update it when they recieve it. I tried to email them, to which I get an email doesn't exist response from Google. Lack of communication has been a real turn off. And with no way to even get a refund its left a bad taste in my mouth.

Received blanket but not my dog. I sent email and received email back saying I would be contacted within 72 hours. Its been well over 72 hours

i ordered socks and mask all i got was the mask. Sent company over 6 emails and many messages only to get no response. unacceptable

STAY AWAY! So incredibly slow and non-responsive. They were fast to bombard me with solicitations to buy more. Almost 2 weeks later my simple order is “still in production.” These businesses forget that hype and pushing ads is only part of what they have to do. I am about to initiate a charge back from my credit card company. UPDATE: I have heard back, sort of....they so incredibly "busy" that it will take them 3 days to reply. It appears that this is a business that put all of its effort into hype and marketing with no plan to serve its customers.

I received order# 2629204 AND IMMEDIATELY OPENED. I COULD NOT EVEN SEE DOGS FACE BECAUSE OF IT BEING SO BLURRY. I ALSO NOTICED SOCKS WERE ATTACHED TO PKG SO WHEN I OPENED ADHESIVE FROM PACKAGE PULLED ONE OF DESIGNS ALMOST OFF. I HAVE TRIED TO REACH OUT FROM RETURN SHIPPING LABLE BUT HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE. ALL I WOULD LIKE IS A PAIR OF SOCKS YOU CAN SEE IMAGE ON!! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT BUT CAN SEE IT WONT BE NOW..-

Socks were poor quality and I could barely see my pets face on them. I’d like a refund.

I ordered back in November and haven’t received my order yet. The tracking number was sent but it hasn’t even started shipping. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back yet.
