Very disappointed. I ordered a large blanket and two pairs of socks. The blanket arrived in a bag with no invoice or explanation of the status of the socks. I went online to see my order was marked as completed, but the socks still haven’t been received. I’ve emailed a couple of times and was told due to Christmas orders it will take 72 hours to get back to me…. Which means I won’t get the rest of my order in time.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks. 2 were delivered and another pair with someone else’s dog on them. I emailed the company 4 times and never received a response. The customer service is absolutely horrific. I will never use this company or recommend again.

Ordered socks and a mask the week before Thanksgiving and as of last week the order had not arrived. I contacted customer service last week but still have not heard back. So now I’m missing both my order and any contact to be able to retrieve my order. 😑

I don’t hardly know where to begin. First and foremost, it took forever to get my package. When it finally arrived, it was only one item. It was not my complete order. I’ve tried repeatedly, and I mean repeatedly to make contact with this business, to get either my money back or get my order correct. Unfortunately, they are non-responsive and am unable to find a phone number. Buyer beware. Don’t waste your money here, run and run and run away from this business. ***Update a couple hrs later. I called the number 919-241-5662 listed in a review below. The call was answered and when I said my name they hung up on me. I called back several times. No answer. I called from a different phone and they answered and hung up again when I spoke and didn’t answer when I called back. I called from a third number, but this time I let my wife speak. They talked to her but tried to have her get on the computer. The whole thing is sketchy big time. I firmly believe that we would have hacked if we agreed to go to the website. Also the sound quality was VERY poor. While the number given is NC, I believe I called another country. I hope my CC company can reverse charges. *** Buyer beware ***

I would not recommend buying any products. I received 1/3 of my order. I only have one tracking number and it said my order was delivered. Customer service is the worst! I have emailed 4 times and all I have gotten is an automated reply. Save yourself time and money do not order.

I have not received my pup socks ordered before Thanksgiving and have not gotten a reply to my inquiry
