Placed order 11/21/21. Was told order was in transit and provided a tracking number. As of today PO still doesnt have package. Reached out to customer service twice and no follow up. These were a Christmas gift for my daughter. Don't order from these folks!!

Talked with our dogs picture on it. That is not what I received, I received a random dog with a Santa hat on it

I ordered a pair of socks and they took a long time to ship. Whatever. When I did finally get them I received someone else’s order entirely. When I contacted Pupsocks to fix it they said someone would be assigned to my case and reach out shortly. No one ever did. I have followed up twice now with no response. Nothing. I just want my money back at this point and won’t ever order again. Also, the incorrect pair that I did receive seem like they’d be really scratchy and uncomfortable anyways, so if I ever get my money back maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

Wrong socks sent, with a random pic, I uploaded my dogs pic even wrote instructions. I have emailed twice and no response after the generic reply stating they got my email. Disappointed

Super excited to order this gift for my husband! So totally disappointed that I received my socks with the sample puppy on it and not my dog. You would think that somewhere along the production line a person would have noticed the error and that the yellow lab in the sample did not match my red bloodhound. After 4 days I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service as the only way to reach out to them is via email. With less than 7 days until Christmas, I don't think a replacement will come in time. But first they would have to answer my email from 4 days ago. If I could give them 0 stars I would gladly have made that option!

Have not received my entire order. I have attempted to contact the company for an explanation as to why I did not receive what I paid for. No response after 5 days.

My order was completely wrong and it’s been over a week of emailing and I have received no response. It’s not even the right animal on the socks I bought. My cat is not on the socks, it’s two dogs. I don't even own dogs, I don’t know who these dogs belong to. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I lost my money and a Christmas gift for my wife.

I ordered my socks over a month ago and they never arrived 😭 my shipment never arrived at ups. So disappointed
