Your website shows my order is completed, but that is 100% false! Only 2 of the 8 items ordered 11/24 were delivered yesterday (12/15; pink blanket, face mask). None of the 6 other items I paid for were included in the delivery, yet your website says my order was "COMPLETED." It isn't completed. Where are my other items? I am very worried that my order has been screwed up. I have emails from you listing all of the 8 items I ordered, yet you say my order is done when only 2 items were delivered. I have emailed twice, used your chat function twice, and completed the “contact us” form in the last two days, and all I get is a canned message that you’ll get back to me within 72 hours. Very frustrating. Maybe by posting such a negative review someone with your company will contact me.

Still never received it. Ordered a month ago. Never heard back from customer service, emailed them twice.

Sent me someone else's order. I'm assuming my order was sent elsewhere. Filled out the customer service form twice and still have not heard from them even though it has been two weeks.There are a dozen other companies that offer similar services. I'd go with one of them instead.

my item never arrived and despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer service i was never able to get in touch with anyone. this was the one item my daughter asked for from santa (a memorial blanket of my recently deceased dog) and i trusted go pup to come through. i see tons of ads for this product but where is mine that i paid for?

I only received 1 of the 2 items I ordered. I have emailed pupsocks THREE TIMES with absolutely no response. I will never recommend nor purchase from this company again. I currently have a dispute open with PayPal to get my money back since Pupsocks apparently doesn't want to respond to emails!! UPDATE: I last emailed this company on Dec 18th because they FINALLY got back to me, I have emailed them a total of 5 times, and have gotten NO REPSONSE after I responded to them within an hour of receiving their email!! I just got my refund back because I THANKFULLY went through PayPal. IF you're brave enough, or maybe stupid enough, to purchase from this company MAKE SURE TO ORDER THROUGH PAYPAL!!!! They do NOT respond to or get back to customers if they're emailed and they don't even have a contact number.

Ordered two socks and one mask on late November. Received USPS tracking number on Dec 1. Received mask and no socks. USPS confirmed package weight for small item (mask). Have sent four requests for information and no response. Filed BBB report and will have credit card issue refund.

It’s absolutely not what I ordered and unless you have Hawkeyes you can’t even see my pet on it which was only supposed to be 1 big face and was a bunch of tiny ones for what I paid this was just sad

My order is completely wrong. I reached out 2x and got NO response. They’re not the design of socks I ordered. However, the worst part is it’s NOT EVEN MY DOG! Waste of money and very disappointed.
