quality of the socks are poor.

Took too long to send…ordered on the 10th arrived 29th. Yet other (same) things I ordered from them the same day were almost immediately shipped

I wish there was a way to preview everything before you order. The pictures that are on the blanket look yellowish and I probably would have like it edited, or edited them myself to make sure the color looks right on the background.

I have ordered three pair of socks and LOVE two of them. For the printing on one pair with two dogs, I asked for them to 'fix' the color or the photo. They did not so the dogs are funny in color. Just a hint, you will get the photos just as you sent them. Otherwise LOVE them...

Good customer service and efficient communication, but the quality of the socks is actually very poor

Disappointed to have to pay custom fees that make the item expensive, bad surprise...

I bought a pair of socks and a blanket. They both look amazing. The socks are a little stiff, but the blanket is so soft and wonderful. My daughter loved them both! Great quality. Now, for the cons, I ordered at the end of November, and the website said it would ship in less than two weeks. I get a shipping confirmation in plenty of time for Christmas delivery, but when I try to track the package, it says it is ready for UPS. They can’t find my package. And when I email pupsocks, they write me a generic “ sorry we will get back to you in 3 or more days” that would put it after Christmas before my issue was even addressed. I really never expected there to be any issue with getting my items in time. I shop online a lot. So, I know what is typical. They arrived on Christmas Eve. We were happy, but no response ever came From pupsocks, and that is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Love the design and the idea behind it. However, the quality is not the best. It is a fun product but do not expect it to last, an average quality.
