Ordered socks in November. Apparently they went to a”shipping partner” December 8 but never got to USPS. Numerous emails to Pupsocks hasn’t helped. Never order from them again.

Horrible company. Don't waste your money.

Said my order shipped a whole month ago come back to check tracking hadn’t even left the facility. Why would you even send a tracking number a month ago to not even be ready. My order was a special christmas gift that will now arrive late. Do not order unless it’s 3 months in advance

I ordered a blanket and two pairs of socks. Received only the blanket which was supposed to have 3 faces and had only one. No socks. No response from customer service after 3 inquiries. Owed a refund.

I ordered my socks on November 24. As of today, December 17th I have not received them. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no reply. This was a Christmas for my son. Please refund my money.

This company is a scam, they never shipped my order. They claim lightning fast shipping on orders but they never move past the production stage. When canceled they only give a partial refund. Its a crooked way to make money without providing anything in return.

I never ever received my package nor after reaching out on every social media platform I never received a response. Horrible company. SCAM. FRAUD. Luckily my credit card company refunded me.
