If I got what I ordered that would've been great. But instead I got a generic blanket with a generic dog. Not my dog and definitely not the color blanket I ordered. Oh and 2 days later customer service still hasn't answered. Don't order from this company.

My order placed on November 23rd has not arrived yet. Nobody replied to my request for information.

I received the PupSocks and I have to say I'm completely disappointed. The fabric is awful it feels like plastic and the image of my dog is a terrible likeness. If I had known what the fabric was I would have never got these socks. And they are totally NOT worth what I was charged and paid. So disappointed. Noreen

Very unsatisfied by the customer service and delivery of my purchase. my purchase was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago and nothing. I have emailed customer service 2x and had no response. There is no customer service number to call. Very disappointed in the company and regretful I trusted them with the Christmas gift for my son.

These are awful. Don’t waste your money. I sent a picture and even pre cropped it myself. They cropped my picture even further so the image was lost. The picture was also came too dark to even see on the sock. I ordered two pairs, and wasted my money.

I ordered two pairs of socks one 25 days ago and the other 19 days ago. Neither one has arrived and the more recent order is still in production. I wanted to give these as Christmas gifts and it does not appear that I will receive either order in time. The website says ships within 8 - 10 business days. This is false and, even after it ships, it takes weeks to arrive.

I have reached out to them multiple times now and no response. I received only one pair of the socks and did not receive the other 2 pair of socks. But no one will reach out and I can't find any phone number to reach them on. Sad that 2 of my children won't receive this gift for Christmas, if EVER!!

Did not receive full order. Sent several emails to company with no response. Will be filing a stop payment on credit card if order is not fulfilled by christmas
