I was missing an item on an order and reached out multiple times about it and never got a response once, even though weeks have passed since my first message.

the socks are very cute; i ordered two pair on the same day. three weeks later i only have one pair. the other pair is stuck in ups hell, and didn't arrive for my son's birthday.

My order hasn't been received. You have my money, no respond to my inquiries of where the package is. Is this a fraudulent company?

Wrong items were shipped with wrong picture. I now have a blanket and socks with someone else's dog on it.

5 weeks waiting for this special gift for my daughter in law. We both just got puppies from same litter they finally arrived today and it's just a silhouette of a black dog NOT the pic I uploaded. The material of the socks are horrible and I know she wont wear them. Totally dissatisfied

I only received 1 of 3 items from my order, and all I've received for correspondence are these far to frequent marketing e mails, even though I've tried to reach out 3-4 times since early December being told 'someone will get back to you'. I'll NEVER order from this company again and caution anyone considering it.

Bad customer service No phone number for support

Still have not received my order from November and no one will respond to me. I have emailed 3 times and just get generic auto replies.
