I placed an order on 11/09 and here it is 12/17 and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve contacted customer service and they apologized and gave me a small discount and told me it’d be shipped out within 5 business days. It’s been well over the 5 business days and I still haven’t received them. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, but it doesn’t look like that’ll be happening.

Never received the order. Not sure why you’d ask us to review something that was never delivered.

Didn't send me what I ordered. Not even close. Not responding to emails

They sent me someone else’s order and no one from customer service has responded to me to correct this.

It has been 3 weeks since I have ordered. I don’t have any tracking information and the company will not respond or help.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM AS TO WHERE MY ORDER IS, WHEN AND IF IT WILL BE DELIVERED. TRACKING NUMBER THEY GAVE ME TELLS ME NOTHING AND THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE TO MANY EMAILS ASKING WHAT IS GOING ON. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM BY SO SEEMS TO BE A TOTAL RIP OFF.

When my product arrived I was apalled with the lack of Quality of the sock as well as the printing on the sock it self. While I have a brown dog the socks were printed so dark that you could not even make out the features on my dog. The picture was not that dark that I sent. You would think that somebody would have checked to see if it looked OK before sending a finished product for $35 to a customer. Upon receiving my product I immediately emailed asking for a return address and a refund, which has gone on unanswered thus far. Very unprofessional. Sincerely a very upset customer.

Sent me the wrong socks. Tried contacting Pupsocks every day for over a week with no response. Would not recommend!!!
