Problem with my order and no phone number to call, they don't respond to the email on their website. Would not do business with them again.

Absolutely awful product and service. Of the two products I ordered one looks terrible and the other doesn't have my image on it. No response from customer service after several attempts to reach them.

Ordered on 11/30, it’s 12/17 and the socks are still not here.

The photo that I sent got cut in half and I wasn’t asked if that’s what I wanted. I clearly meant for the full body of my pet. I don’t understand why your team cut it in half nor why I wasn’t asked beforehand.

I ordered 4 pairs of socks and only received 1! I have emailed the company several time with no response. They do not provide a phone #. So, I basically paid $89 for 1 pair if socks! Terrible company!

I received someone else’s order of socks instead of mine. I reached out to customer service and they put in a new order for me but said they couldn’t give me express shipping or expedite the process. I ordered this about a month ago and now I won’t receive it in time for Christmas.
