Did not send product. Did not answer various emails…. Do not order!

Only received part of my order. The socks are missing. I've contacted customer service twice and no one has responded. It has been more than 72 hours. I am ready to contact my credit card to dispute the charge. Will gladly change this review and rating if PupSocks will correct this issue.

The picture of my pet is cute but the "socks" are not usable as actual socks. They aren't even shaped like socks and are basically two rectangles stitched together. The quality of the material seems low as well. Too bad. Made in China. What I had hoped would be cute, fun, around-the-house socks for my girlfriend are instead probably destined to be become rags of some sort.

We received only one of three items, the tracking number shows all delivered. I submitted a request to customer service and did not receive a response. This was a stocking stuffer, I will not order through pupsocks again. Horrible customer service!

Plasticky , no shape , thin , not like socks at all

Worst socks ever. Got these for my mother in law for Christmas but I don’t even want to give them to her. Weird material.

Not my dog on the blanket. Doesnt even look close to him or his breed. Contacted their customer service on the website, pupsocks twitter, dm on ig, and email - no response. Terrible company.

I ordered 6 pairs of socks with 3 sets of pictures. I only received 1 pair. When i track the order, it indicates that the entire order was delivered. I’ve tried contacting PupSocks 3 times through 3 separate emails on their contact site and have not heard anything back. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed.
