Looks super tacky … can’t recognize my dog

Placed an order Nov 21. Received an email that my order was on its way. Still have not received my order. No tracking info. Company is non-responsive, after several attempts for them to make this right. They sure didn’t waste time taking the money from my account! Horrible customer service.

Print came out really dark on socks. Can't see my dog. They've yet to respond to my request for refund.

I haven't received my socks. Have sent two messages and have not had any response.

No update on my order

Do not order from this company. It’s been 15 days since I placed my order and I can’t get anyone to tell me the status. This was a gift so I’m now forced to find something else because I know it won’t be here in time, if at all. There’s no number to call, only an email address that no one ever responds to. Just look at their BBB rating….. it’ll tell you everything you need to know. Horrible. Just horrible.

Wrong Order Sent. Which means someone got my order and I got theirs, so actually 2 people are in a mess at the moment. I’ve sent 2 notices, through email and their website to fix. No response in 3 days, and no phone number to call. Happy to change my rating if they fix my issue or refund my money.

I ordered some socks, sent a picture, and selected the style of sock. The only thing that was correct was the size. I either got someone else’s socks, or they didn’t even try and sent me a basic “stock” sock with two random dogs faces.
