First, it took a full month to receive the socks. Then, the cutout of our cat face is very ruff…to the point my wife didn’t recognize it. Then the socks fabric quality is ok, not high, not low. Ok. For what it is, it’s my first and last order.

I ordered the first week in Dec and didn’t receive in time for Christmas (didn’t receive until the 28th. The mask was fine. I had a different picture in the socks and it was so dark, you couldn’t even see any eyes. It just looks like the shape of a random dog head. I also didn’t realize they were going to be heavy polyester socks - terrible material and not comfortable to actually wear. Really disappointed.

I emailed twice and it kept telling me email was invalid. I ordered a blanket and socks. Socks were great. Blanket wasn’t what I asked for and I even said please email me a proof before making it which didn’t happen. Wanted one image across the whole blanket and got tiled and in a different color as well as missing the logo from the image I sent. Have not been able to reach anyone in three email attempts either.

The pictures on the socks were cute but the so me are so thin and pretty much not worth wearing. Good gag gift but not practical for use.

The image on the socks looks great. The socks themselves however are not comfortable. The material lacks stretch and flexibility. If I had been shopping for compression stockings, these would be ideal. I am disappointed, however I probably should have read the product description more closely, looking specifically for the fabric description.

The pictures of my black dog did not show up well. You can’t see his eyes. The sock material is strange…kind of slippery feeling.

The image was way too dark, darker than the picture I provided. The size is not accurate.

I love the product and everything was good with it. I only give 3 stars because the order took over 6 weeks to arrive which was unfortunate since this was supposed to be Christmas gift. Even though I reached out to customer service, only after the third attempt someone responded. Additionally, I received a shipping confirmation on Dec 14th but the product did not leave the facility until Dec 22nd. Disappointed with the service and long delivery but nice product itself.
