The artists did a great job cropping our pet’s faces, and visually, the socks are great. Adorable! However, the material is not what was expected. They’re not very comfortable and are *very, very* slippery on hardwood surfaces. Orders of magnitude more than typical socks. So my wife can’t really wear them around the house, too high risk of sliding and falling. Seriously. This means this purchase is unfortunately a bust for me. And that’s okay. I’m sure if a buyer has carpeted floors - this wouldn’t be an issue. Just be cafeful. Again, visually - these socks look great. But practically, less so.

Picture on blanket was very dark and one of his ears is laying what looks like to be crooked. It’s ok but disappointed I spent so much

The socks are cute. Pics don’t really look like what I sent…..and who the hell wears bright blue socks that are basically a tall compression sock

I understand they help feed puppies but they are definitely not the best quality work. They picture on them is so blurry , it has a double image around my husband's head.

Took much too long to receive socks. Tried to reach customer service via website and facebook. In both cases got a message that they could not respond for 72 plus hours. Never received a response, two plus weeks later! No phone number available to call. I disputed the charge for the socks with my bank because the whole thing started looking like a scam. Then…the socks did arrive weeks later than the ordered stated they would. (Dropped the dispute.) The sock material is WEIRD. But the pictures were cute. Will not use this company or it’s 5+ pseudonym companies again. Bottom line: don’t accept orders you cannot fill; use better/actual sock material; have a meaningful customer service that includes a way to reach a live person.

I needed to speak to customer service about an order that I received that I was dissatisfied with and I received an email stating someone would get back to me within 72 hours and I never received a call and never resolved my issue.

It took over a month to receive my order!!! Which, made it a late Christmas gift. The photo i sent in had curly dog ears, which isn't shown on the socks☹ i will not order from this company again.

I love the concept and the donation to pups. That’s mainly where the positives end sorry to say. I ordered two pairs with two different dogs. The one pair the dog is almost not visible. The shadowing covered half of the dogs face. I wish they would’ve sent me a preview before just sending them. I also don’t understand why they wouldn’t lighten the shadowing or request a new picture. I also wasn’t thrilled with the color choices of socks or the material. They’re not very soft.
