Never got my order . I have been emailing your contact person and no one has gotten back to me. I want a refund !

My socks arrived after Christmas (I ordered 5 weeks in advance). When the socks did arrive, I didn't get my my custom order--they were random dog socks. Tried numerous times to contact customer service through the website, to no avail. Really disappointed because they would have made an excellent gift. I hope that they can come through with a refund.

Hello, More than 22 working days have passed since I ordered my order from you. I have to admit that I feel a little sad and disappointed, as the order should have arrived by now. And I get no human response

So this is a revised review...it seems there are way more dissatisfied customers than happy ones. I did get an email response to one of several sent and I was hopeful...but alas, the product that I paid for has still not arrived. Perhaps, it got delivered to someone else (as evidenced by some of the poor reviews on this website)...as I mentioned before, the socks were supposed to be a Christmas 2021 gift to my boyfriend but unfortunately, it has become a memorial to one of the Chihuahuas who passed away unexpectedly...so "thank you" PupSocks for the bitter taste in my mouth every time I put on regular socks. Maybe it's time to get some professional help in either getting the socks I paid for or my money back.

I received the wrong order. I have attempted to reach out to the company to receive a refund or a replacement with no luck. This was a Christmas present that was ruined. Spent $40 on 1 pair of custom socks and never received them. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
