I ordered a blanket and a pair of socks, although the blanket arrived on time and I am pleased with it I have yet to receive the socks I ordered, both were ordered at the same time I have sent emails only to get no response, this was soposto be a Christmas gift. Bad costumer service, they had no problem charging my card…it’s been 2wks and nothing, not to mention they aren’t cheap socks

I ordered both a mask and pair of socks at the same time, same order. The mask was delivered, the socks were not and I received an email saying entire order was delivered. I ordered these back in November and I've sent two emails with no response. DO NOT ORSER FEOM THIS COMPANY

I did not get the socks I ordered I have been trying to communicate with the company since the day they were supposed to arrive and I have not been able to get anybody to get back to me so honestly I think it's terrible I have not gone on social media yet to spread the word of how bad it is giving you guys a chance to get back to me but I guess we'll see

I am still waiting for my socks, it has been about 4 weeks. It was meant to be for a present which has now past! I have emailed and had no response.

I was unhappy with the blanket I purchased due to a printing error (my dog is white and one of his ears looked totally brown in the picture. I actually thought at first that I had gotten someone else’s order). I have reached out 4 times and only get an automated “someone will contact you.” Well no one has contacted me despite their supposed replacement policy. Do not buy from this company because if you’re unhappy for any reason no one cares.

One of my orders were correct, the other order was incorrect. No where near what I ordered. It was even a pic of another dog not mine. I have sent numerous messages to pupsocks since receiving my incorrect order, and they have not replied to any of them. I will not order from them anymore

The socks received were not mine or what I ordered. Wrote to customer service twice and have heard nothing.

Since it has been over a month and I have not received my order I cannot review the quality. What I can say is it has been 5 weeks, no order, invalid tracking, no response to emails about my order, but I do receive about 3 emails EVERY DAY with a discount to buy more. Not likely.
