Ordered a mask and socks. I received the mask but not the socks. The order states it was delivered. I have been emailing since I received the mask on the 11th. They were going to be a present for a coworker, so now I have to scramble to find something else. I work in the customer service field and I would be fired if this is how I treated my customers.

Never got the order. Scam!!!!

I ordered 2 masks on November 27th. A few days ago I got an email asking me to rate our order. Well needless to say I can't give a rating because I have not received them. Plus these are Christmas gifts.

I found the discount shown on the site dishonest and deceptive. It was on sale for 24.99 and at checkout it showed 27.99. I emailed customer service, but they explained the additional cost to be taxes or shipping. Though those were already itemized separately. I was also very disappointed when I got my socks. I ordered 2 pairs in total and have specifically asked in the comments for the color of the photos to be adjusted because my cat’s face was really yellow. One pair came out fine. The other was a disaster that shows barely any clear features. Wish I had just ordered one to know that it was not worth it.

Received wrong order and company unresponsive to my inquiries on rectifying the problem. The quality of these socks is terrible. They are more like nylon knee highs than socks.

The socks look terrible. The photo shopping of the picture I sent makes it so you can’t even see the dogs face. Extremely disappointing!

Still has not come after a month and they want a review???

The socks have very limited heel and the toe is the same width as the entire sock. The fabric used is very cheap and thin. They are not comfortable! I spent $26 on garbage
