I was really disappointed in the quality of the socks. For $30, what a rip off!

Still have not received order which isn’t the biggest problem. I reached out 4 times for assistance and have never been contacted back. Very annoyed

Completely wrong dog and color of socks. I believe I received someone else's socks. I've emailed them several times with no reply. This was supposed to be a gift for Christmas. I ordered these back in November. Recieved the wrong socks mid December with no reply. EDIT: Customer service has now emailed me and will send my correct socks ASAP. This is now late December.

Haven’t received my blanket yet and it’s been almost a month since I ordered it. I wanted this in time for Christmas and now it looks like I won’t have it. Also, there is no way to see what it looks like once the designers adjust your requests. No idea what my item will look like or if I’ll ever get it.

I would not recommend these. The socks are not really socks. They are not made of soft material. They are tubes made of platicky material. Don’t waist your money.

The image on the sock does not look like the image at all. A gray cat is now yellow. I sent an email inquiring about the printing but heard nothing back. I’m bummed. This was supposed to be the best gift for my oldest this year.

Nearly a month later, I STILL haven’t received my order. Now, IF it ever arrives before XMas, I’ll have to pay for extra rush shipping to get it to my family members in time. No idea if the socks are quality, but the process sucks. Also, after reaching out to the company three times, I have yet to hear back. Horrible customer service. Never again. Total waste.

Placed my order late November and still have not received it. I’ve tried 2x to contact company but no response. I want my order or my money back. This was a present for my for granddaughter for Christmas!! Oh, by the way Thanks for nothing!!
