Havent got my order….

I’ve sent an email regarding my order that I received. Haven’t heard anything back and it’s been over the 72 hours. You sent me a pair of socks with someone else’s dog on them. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy from them.

I was so disappointed with my pupsocks. The face of my dog looked like a black blob with ears. No snout,no eyes. I tried to reach out to customer service which there was no response. Also if the picture I provided wasnt clear or bright enough I feel like I should of been made aware before product was made. Should of been given a preview!!! However if you are looking for a "silhouette" of your animals face then this hit a home run

Still have not received item and have sent several emails with no response!! Tracking states it is ready to ship since 12/4

If I could choose zero stars I would. I have not received my order. It's WAAAAY late and hasn't even been shipped yet according to the tracking number I was given. I have reached out to customer service twice and have gotten no response.

Several emails gone unanswered, tried contacting on social media. Still have no gotten an answer, or my product.
