Socks are too small. Can I return them and get A larger size?

First, the good. The socks were great. Good quality and the printing was photo quality. Now, the bad. Ordered in time for Christmas, per their site, and they arrived well after. The tracking number they supplied never worked. I contacted support and the email simply bounced. I love the product, but the company is just too unreliable to recommend.

Took so long to receive after ordering. 6 weeks or so and missed christmas as they were a gift. The sock part was the poorest quality I've ever seen, not something you could really wear in my opinion and the picture of my pup was not clear, like other reviews stated it looks like a silhouette of a picture but not a real picture and very blurry, I will not be giving this as a gift, very disappointed and a waste of 30 dollars

The biggest problem I had was the delivery and the lack of communication when it came to shipping. I order socks nothing more and it took way longer then it needed to. Please don't use covid as an excuse, I understand the holidays. But I order with enough time to get to me. The final product was satisfactory yet the shipping was thr problem.

The photo i sent doesn’t clearly show the pet on the socks . It’s more like a silhouette than the actually image.

The blanket itself that I ordered is thin and cheap quality. The image on the blanket is cute but I wish the blanket itself was better quality for 60.00 that I paid. I would not recommend ordering this blanket.

While I love the idea of these socks, and how they benefits animals in need, I waited over 6 weeks to get my socks and had to response from customer service, even though I reached out multiple times. In addition, when the socks arrived, although the printing on them was absolutely stellar, the sock fabric itself was horrible quality and could really only be described as plastic. While I love the mission and the idea, I think one could likely find better quality elsewhere.

I would like to review your product but unfortunately my item never came. Ordered December 11 was shipped but has been in transit since December 22. This was a Christmas gift so it saddens me that my daughter was able to open Christmas Morning. Keep getting notifications expected delivery but it changes daily. Very disappointed!
