Never got my product. Customer service won’t respond

Have send three requests for customer service to help me find out where my order is. Have yet to recieve any kind of response. Am concerned that I wont get my order or even a refund if needed. Am very disappointed.

Socks were not as shown in the advertisement. Poor quality straight tube socks. Disappointed that they advertise something they don't deliver.

Placed 2 orders. Never received. No response from customer service after many many times of sending emails and also messages on their FB page.

I ordered from this company last year the order was messed up & I received someone else's dog on masks I ordered. I reached out & never received the correct masks - until the other day they randomly came in the mail?? I placed an order on 12/1/21 that Still have not received order #2661894 - Where is this order? and another order #268690 placed on 12/7/21 - this order says it shipped yesterday? How can that order be shipped but my first order not?

I received an email on December 4th that said my package had shipped. Whenever I click on the tracking info it has no info, like it hasn't even been picked up by the delivery service. I think it is weird to get an email asking for a review before I have even received the order.

Shipping took an entire month and when I finally got the socks they didn’t use the picture I provided. It was of a completely different dog! This company is a scam!!!

You stoped communicating with my correspondence. My order has not arrived. It’s been over a month. The tracking number indicates it’s still in your warehouse. Although it was issued Dec 3. I cannot comment on the product as I have no idea what it looks or feels like. Very dissatisfied. Silver lining for me I paid with PayPal. So now your their problem.
