I just received some socks that are not what I ordered. I spent an incredible amount of time selecting high-resolution, quality photos for this project. Attached please find what you sent me. Photos on the items received are NOT the photos I provided and are also of very poor quality. Please advise how to correct the situation to my satisfaction. I would like a full refund or a quality product with the quality photos I provided. They were supposed to be presents. I am very disappointed with this....

I ordered 2 pairs of socks,a blanket and 2 masks. I only got the blank and masks, no socks. I have emailed repeatedly for a week because of course there is no other way to contact you. I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY!!! This is one hell of a way to run a business. I will be contacting my credit card company to start a fraud investigation and I will also be posting on Facebook,twitter etc. Yes thats how pissed off I am at you completely ignoring me .

Took forever to get order, so they said they would send a 50% promo code for waiting and never did. Once I received my order of 4 items, one of the items was incorrect and I tried reaching out and it’s been a week and still haven’t reached out to fix issue. Plus the quality and shape of the socks isn’t that great for the price. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered 6 socks. I got 2. The tracking says they were all together but no way 6 socks could have even fit in that package. That’s no biggie though. What bothers me most is that I haven’t been able to even talk to the company. I sent in a few requests and nothing back. No phone number to call. Overall very disappointing

Was very disappointed. You cant even tell its a dog in the picture. Will definitely not order again

Didn’t do well my dogs face came out so dark you can’t even tell it’s her. I sent a well lit pic too. Very disappointed. I also emailed and never even got a response after I expressed my dissatisfaction.

I ordered 2 pairs of pup socks and neither one arrived with my dogs photo on them. One pair had 2 dog faces on them only one of them was my dog and the second pair had a random dogs face on it. I’m waiting for an email from the company.

I ordered a blanket more than two weeks ago and received a tracking number three days after. But the tracking number that indicates it's still with Pupdog and the company has not answered my email asking where the package is.
