Dont buy from this company. I bought 3 items total $116 and only recieved one item. They have no number to contact them and I have left multiple emails with no response.

Haven't received and the shipping hasn't been updated. Ordered for a Christmas present but who knows when it will show up

I received the package on 12/16/2021. When I opened it, the socks were NOT what I ordered. I ordered a pair of socks with my dog on them. I received the socks with a random dog on them. My order number is 2639396. I received order number 293780. I am very upset as this was a special gift for my wife. I EXPECT this to be fixed and I receive my item order in a prompt fashion!!!

What a scam. Order was delayed and then it was the wrong order as many others have said. Should have checked them out first. Now no one will get back to me to correct the situation. $60 down the tubes.

I received the socks but they just had generic dog heads on them and nothingnl matches the picture I sent in. I tried 3 times contacting them in the last 6 days and still no answer. Now we are 1 week til Christmas and this great idea is down the drain.

I have tried contacting you several times after half my order showed up even though you showed you shipped it all. No one has contacted me and it is for half the cost of my order. The are Christmas presents and it is extremely frustrating.

Over a month to receive socks After multiple emails, I finally received the socks more than a month after I had ordered them. PupSocks offered me a partial refund but 17 days later I have not received that either.

I ordered my socks at the end November, 3 weeks later I get a package with someone else socks with someone else dog! I have emailed twice since receiving the incorrect order and no one has responded. It has been 5 days since the first email was sent. I am disappointed because this is a Christmas gift, and I placed my order in November to avoid any delays.
