Terrible customer service!!!! I ordered 3 pair of the pup socks and 1 came damaged. I’ve tried to reach out to the company numerous times and they have never responded. I’m reporting them to my credit card company

I ordered personalized socks on Nov 28 hoping that would be enough lead time for delivery before Christmas and should there be an issue with the socks. I finally received the socks after a lengthy shipping time on Dec 13. The socks had a completely other dog on them. For the past week I've been trying to contact Pupsocks, but the only method on file is email which notated due to holiday influx it would take 72 business hours to return my email. After the 72 hours, I emailed again hoping for some expedient assistance. I'm now coming up on the week before Christmas, have to travel on the 23rd and still no refund or replacement for this gift. I'm sure the socks are nice and any other time of year the service is present at least, but this being my first and only purchase with Pupsocks, I cannot recommend this company. Maybe go to a competitor that might be more attentive in customer service.

The socks never arrived. Contacted the company, which you can only do via a chat bot on their website, and still waiting for a response two days later.

Incomplete Order: I placed an order in late November and only received part of it. After placing an email on 2 separate occasions I have received no contact fro the company about my incomplete order or refund.

Not worth the cost … the face of the dog on the socks was almost unrecognizable and the socks themselves are not at all soft or comfortable

Pupsocks sent the wrong size product. You cannot call them as they don't list a phone number. When you email them the email bounces back as undeliverable. If you message their chat service on their website they do not respond (it has been 5 days without a response). Their executives don't answer linkedin messages. I definitely do not recommend doing business with PupSocks. I have filed a complaint with BBB.

I placed an order never got a confirmation received an email you were working on my order reached out for status of order and still have not received a response but received this survey????

This company is unreachable via phone or email and the product is cheap looking Very disappointed...
