Still have not received my order

I was excited to order these for my wife, however when they got here the pic of my pup on the socks was almost black. My dog is brown and white. He was barely recognizable. Beyond that these are cheep socks and for $30 I would have expected much much better. DO NOT BUY!

Very very frustrated and disappointed...I would love to be able to review my purchase, but sadly, despite the email saying it was sent Dec 4th, I have yet to receive it, and the tracking I was sent says it still hasn't been given to UPS (it says "ready for UPS" since Dec 4th. It's now Dec 18.). I have emailed numerous times and sent messages from the website numerous times and have yet to hear back from anyone. I'm starting to realize my purchase was maybe never sent and isn't coming in time for Christmas or at all, and I'm left to send all my screenshots to PayPal to try to get my money back. I'm mostly frustrated from being ignored. I'm totally willing to change and give an honest review of the blanket if I can ever get what I purchased.

I ordered socks with two cats on them. One of them is ok, although it wasn’t cropped properly, but the other one is unrecognizable. You can’t even tell it’s a cat. Would not order again.

My order was completely wrong and I still have not received a response on my email.

The quality is fine. And the blankets are great. But the socks have someone else’s animals on them and I got no response when I reached out to company

I ordered socks and a face mask. I received the face mask but not the socks. I checked and Pupsocks seems to think that my order is complete. I've used their website and sent emails. The only response that I receive is an automated response that they will get back to me in 72 hours. The first time that I reached out to them was December 6. This is December 18 and I have not been contacted. BTW -- they do not have a phone number for their customer service! I will never order again from this company!! No customer service! I am extremely disappointed -- the socks and face mask were Christmas gifts. I highly recommend that you DO NOT order from this company!
