Very cute and well made socks, however disappointed that I wasn’t able to give for Christmas. I ordered these with plenty of time but delivery came too late. Also, difficult to get a timely reply.

Cute picture that came out great but really not the quality I was expecting. One pair is a little too small and when it is stretched out it alters the color and picture. Very thin socks

My dog’s picture looks great but the quality of the “socks” is pretty terrible. They aren’t knit - more like a chamois material - and fall down easily. My daughter loves them but I wouldn’t buy again.

Arrived late and not the style I was expecting, they looked more like mens socks.

Ordered because they said they would come before Christmas. They got here on the 27th. My dog has a dark face so it is almost impossible to see it on the socks. My son got a kick out of them anyway. The material is not cotton just an FYI

I really desire to give good reviews, but on occasion it's difficult to pull off. Ordering went well. I appreciate the ability to upload multiple photos to add to the piece you are ordering. I would have liked the images on the blankets to be smaller to maintain better clarity or to have been told to use big up close pictures so they don't degrade and get so fuzzy when enlarged and printed on blankets. I also feel the cropping of the photos could have been done better on a couple of them. (one was totally my fault) Images on the socks and masks are nice and crisp. Masks are not the style shown on the web sight. Had I known they were shaped like the ones I received and not like the website photo I might have passed. I had a time sensitive question about shipping address and whether I could change it, as there was only a spot for "Billing Address," which had to match my payment method, when completing the order. I needed it to go to a different address and no option was given, as it often is, to put in a shipping address that is different from the Billing address.. I placed the order on Dec 9th. I tried to contact them through their customer support Dec 9th about changing the shipping address before they shipped. I received an email stating "Thank you for reaching out regarding your order. A member from our support team will be assigned to your query and respond as soon as possible. " Evidently "as soon as possible" means 18 days later when i received a response on Dec 27th, and still had not received my order. My guess is that this is not a typical experience as I read many positive reviews. I wish I could leave a better one. I really would have liked crisper, better cropped images on my blankets and much better customer service response. I placed orders on Dec 9th and Dec 13th. Both finally arrived today. Dec 30th and now need to be reshipped at my expense to get where they belong.

Love the bright color and the photo was pretty good. However. The sock material was not what was expected....slick looking & feeling. Thankfully my son In law still seemed to love them...a Christmas gift for him. Given the material, not sure I would order again.

Ordered these for my son who is a pilot and wears unique socks when he flies. He loves our dog and thought the socks were super cool. He said however the socks just weren’t comfortable to wear. He wants to keep them though because they are cool.
