I was so disappointed that the socks I ordered with plenty of time(according to your website) for my husband for Christmas, didnt come til New Years Eve...they are really cute..but it felt like an afterthought... not sure I'd order again...maybe?

The print is fine. But as socks they are not really comfortable. They are more like a tube of fabric that are stitched at the end. The cut doesn't fit well over the foot and the fabric will bunch up at the top of the ankle. So you cannot wear these socks with shoes. With crocs, maybe.

Overall they don’t look or fit like socks - just tubes of fabric. I followed size guidelines, so that is the biggest disappointment. On one pair, the artist did not follow my directions and though it was a photo with decent contrast, it came out pretty bad and not recognizable. Fun idea for a gift, but wish it would have been more useful. I won’t be back.

Socks were the wrong colors and the sizes were not right. Also took longer than expected to receive but being Christmas that was expected. Pics on socks were good!

I ordered Pup Socks for my wife and children as a Christmas gift. The order was placed on November 29th. I received notice that my order had shipped on 12-18. That should have been ample time to receive my order for Christmas even if shipped regular mail. I did not receive my order until yesterday, 12-31. I tried to reach out to Pup Socks 2 times and never received a response. Great product! Poor Service

I contacted you because you sent me socks with someone else’s dogs on them. Then nothing,

I ordered three pairs of socks for three people in my family on December 11. They are cute but they arrived way past Christmas (December 29) and were supposed to be stocking stuffers. When I ordered on 12/11, I did not see anything about needing to select expedited shipping in order to receive by Christmas. I emailed customer service to express my concern over a week ago and have not received a response. So, my complaints are about the lengthy time for shipping and lack of response from Pupsocks.

The socks were of low quality and the picture turned out poorly.
