Socks are made of material that feels like neoprene. Awful.

My order took forever, it was half wrong and I have tried to reach customer service twice with no response. I want a refund.

This item was said to be delivered within 8-10 business days, but I did not receive my order until over a month later when I personally contacted the company and told them I had not received it yet. After contacting them, the socks showed up in the mail and they were the worst quality socks I've ever seen. They are not at all shaped like the human foot and would be more comparable to an open ended tube. Even if they were shapred like a foot, they still feel like you are trying trying to slide a sock of sandpaper over your foot. I would never suggest this product to anyone and would go far enough to say I feel like I was scammed by this company.

Customer service doesn't exist. The quality of socks and face masks were cheap and ugly. Very expensive for the crap I got. I want a refund, but there is no way to get in contact with anyone. I left several messages on the website, and never got a response. I emailed and never got a response. This company is beyond horrible.

NEVER GOT MY ORDER!

Haven't got my order. It was never shipped

Sent me the wrong order. That means someone else will also be disappointed that they didn't get the correct personalized gift. There's no way now I will get what I needed in time for Christmas. And the website feedback kept spinning and wouldn't allow feedback. And an email sent to customer service remains unanswered. I will have to do a charge back with my credit card company. It appears I'm not the only one this happens to often.
