DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Received socks that were NOTwhat was ordered. Wrong colors, wrong background and did NOT have images of what we sent. Had generic animal image. Attempts to reach customer service have been fruitless. There is no phone number listed anywhere and we have received No reply from multiple emails sent.

I had some socks made with two different cat faces for a Christmas present. Unfortunately one of the cat faces came out very dark and mostly unrecognizable despite it being a light gray cat and providing a very clear photo for reference. The other cat was a black cat and his face looked fine. I'm sure they will still appreciate the gift but they did not turn out how I had hoped especially for the price.

My order still hasn’t been delivered and said it was shipped 20 days ago but tracking is stuck on awaiting package status. I reached out to customer service but haven’t heard back in a few days. Hoping I get some answers soon.

I was sent the wrong socks. I have emailed and tried calling and no one has gotten back to me. I bought as a Christmas present and want the right ones. Please help!

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered socks (with our dog who recently passed away) for my daughter for Christmas … they sent me socks with a girl’s face on them … didn’t even match my order number! I reached out to get a refund and they replied that I never ordered from them! Scammers!

I am absolutely irate about ordering from this company. I received a shipping an email about two weeks ago. I waited a week for it to show anything other than a shipping label to be created. Nothing ever happened, it was never picked up from the company. I Facebook messaged the company and received an auto response to email instead because it’d take 24 hours for a response. I emailed a week ago. Never received a response from either place. I emailed again after 24 hours and received an email stating it could take up to 72 hours for a response. After 72 hours I emailed again and yet I never received a response. I’m beyond irritated and will now have to dispute this transaction through the bank. This company evidently is fake and is just taking money I suppose since I can’t seem to get a response or my package.

I ordered these socks on Nov 16 for a late November birthday gift. When that didn't happen I decided to make them a Christmas gift. It's not looking likely. They were 'shipped' on Nov 26. I've made repeated requests to customer service to look into this and have only received automated email messages in return.

The socks I received do not look anything like those in the picture. They are shiny and slick and VERY LARGE. The printed photo is so dark you can hardly make out any facial details. Finally, the shipping occurred 10 days AFTER I received an email stating it was shipped (according to tracking). These socks are a gift for my best friend, and the picture is of her recently departed fur baby. I’m almost embarrassed to give them to her.
