I had no problems with the company and the socks turned out great, but they seemed a bit lower quality than one would expect for the money I paid.

When your socks go though the production they are stretched to ensure that when you wear your socks, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have wiggle room! We promise that once they are washed and worn they bounce back into shape. 🤞🏻

The socks were amazing, just hated how long it took to get them.

We're sorry our production times aren't faster quite yet 😓 At the moment our maximum production time is 14 business days. However, as of late, we have been able to churn out orders at lightning speeds! Try ordering another pair, and use discount code: cs20 for 20% off 🤞🏾
lola
good product, production/delivery takes too long
Response from GoPupSocksFeb 22, 2018
Hey Lola! We do apologize for the delay you experienced. 🙁 We are working on improving everyday and we are so glad your socks turned out as anticipated!

I was not happy with the kind of fabric you use

We're so sorry you were less than impressed with your socks. 😢 The socks are stretched during production to ensure that when you wear your socks around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! Once they are washed and worn they bounce back into shape. 💁🏼♀️

The seam at the top is a little weird. It would be nice to see a mock up prior to purchase.
Response from GoPupSocksFeb 16, 2018
Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, at this moment we cannot provide a proof before shipping because our designers personally set up your image and crop out your furry friend's head 😕 Fortunately, we do have a solution for the unfamiliar seam! Our socks are made using a very special process called sublimation to seal your image into the sock material. Our hemming is done about a half of an inch down and the hems are visible from the inside of the sock, and this is done as a brand signature ✔️

It was cool and cute. Unique. I thought they would be softer
Response from GoPupSocksFeb 22, 2018
So sorry than your socks seem a bit tougher than a normal sock upon arrival! If you wouldn't mind giving them a good rinse (inside out) and dry, that should help out a bit 🚿 Your socks appear that thin upon first impression due to a heat sealing process we use when making your socks, called sublimation. Let us know how this goes at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/!

i was nervous of how the image would turn out on the socks, and they were a valentines gift for my boyfriend, but I was pleased with the way my face was cropped onto the socks. The picture itself was good quality printing and I was pleased with the fast process and delivery. I do not give 5 stars because the socks themselves seemed low quality and thin.

We're so glad that you liked how your face looked 😉 So sorry that you were less than impressed with the physical quality of your socks, though! When we make socks, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them, your face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This may affect your first impression, but once they are washed and worn by the lover in your life they bounce back to life!
